Vegan-friendly ☆ seeded crackers for your cheeze ☆
I go between a few crackers' recipes, but here's a super crispy one from a keto cookbook! They are great with cheeze and a sliced pear or chilli jam ????⚡️
300g seeds (pumpkin- sesame- sunflower)
60g flax
3 tbsp psyllium husks
400ml water
1 tsp salt
Add One Nutrition Blackseed Oil and a bit less water for all its wonderful benefits!
Ideas:
Rosemary & sea salt & garlic
Smoked salt
Nori shredded & tamari - iodine boost
Nooch (a.k.a ‘nutritional yeast’) + onion + garlic powder
"Everything but the bagel" seasoning on top
Za'atar + some olive oil
Mix ingredients & leave for 15 mins
150 ° C - makes 2 trays! Very sticky! - 1 hour 20 mins, check or turn every 20 mins.
